Hello Agents & Operatives,
Second update for the year, but the first *month end* summary update, so let's get going! I'm starting to tweak the format of these updates a bit, at least included links and a bit more info where I can.
This one won't be as exciting as our update earlier this month, since that one started our lockdown process so you've already got all of the big news. I'm mostly going to list our rewards in a slightly modified format and review where we're sitting in our lockdown process. So let's jump in!

This step is currently being completed, and we'll soon have all locked in our final orders and Add Ons.
Process Outstanding Payments - February 16, 2022
For any additions you made in BackerKit, pre-orders, or any payments that did not process at the end of the Kickstarter campaign, please ensure your payment information is up to date, valid, and ready to be processed by FEBRUARY 16, 2022. On that date, I will instruct BackerKit to lock down and process all outstanding payments.
Confirm Delivery Information - February 23, 2022
Please ensure your shipping information is up-to-date with your expected address for March/April/May 2022. Please ensure that this information is entered and correct by February23. After this point, I will take the shipping information we have for you in BackerKit and provide that to our fulfillment partners, so they can schedule the picking and packing of orders, with plans to begin shipping hopefully not long thereafter.
On February 23, I will send out a 48 HOUR NOTICE with the delivery information we have in the system and a link in case you need to update or modify. After those 48 hours, the delivery information will be considered confirmed and locked in our system.
BRAZILIAN BACKERS
To all our backers in Brazil, please include your CPF number alongside your name in your shipping information. As you know, it's expensive to ship to Brazil from the US, and any missing information will cause the shipment to be rejected or possibly destroyed at the border, so let's avoid any possible issues in this shipping process.

Rich has modified the way he's running the Project Tracking this year. At the end of each month, Onyx Path will be posting an update showing the current status of all of their projects and where each sits on the project tracking chart. In the weekly Monday Meeting Notes blogs, Rich will note any projects that have changed status, sometimes with developer notes, since the big monthly summary.
I will continue to post an update each month until those final Stretch Goal rewards have gone out.

Hello Agents & Operatives,
Last year, all printing operations ended up paused due to pandemic- and infrastructure-related issues. Onyx Path had submitted files to their printer nearly a year ago, only to be told that everything would be delayed until early 2022.
The good news, now, is that we're *in* early 2022 ... and things are starting to print again!
Which means it's time to lock our traytables into their upright position, fasten seatbelts, and get ready to bring our main reward in for a landing.
That's Kickstarter Concierge speak for beginning the lockdown process. Since Onyx Path has SIX projects currently printing and preparing for delivery, there are going to be a few of these locking down at the same time. I don't know exactly when each will be shipping out, but want to get everything ready so we can act as soon as the opportunity presents itself.

I'll begin locking down all orders on JANUARY 27, 2022. This means that, once they're locked down, you won't be able to shift your pledge tier or add any additional Add On options. These will firm up the counts for our distribution partners so they can figure out deliveries.
On January 27, I will send out a 48 HOUR NOTICE with a link for you to double check your pledge and items to ensure they're set up the way you want.

Quick note on schedules and timelines
I don't have to say too much here, do I? I'm moving forward with a lot of assumptions that things will work out as planned, but we've learned that unexpected complications are lurking around every corner. I'll keep in touch with Onyx Path as best possible and we can adjust these dates as/if needed. Still, I'm hopeful that our patience and perseverance will be rewarded and we'll have our books in hand at some point in the near future.
For now, just review your BackerKit order list and ensure that it's got everything you want. I'll send out the 48 Hour Notices as mentioned. Also, I'm here to help. If there are any issues, get in touch and I'll sort everything as best I can.
There's a lot going on - SIX PROJECTS - all happening around the same time, so there will be lots of moving parts and potential issues. I don't know exactly how long it'll take to ship things out or what will go first. But I'll work with our fulfillment partners to get everything out as quickly as manageable. The delivery side of this may be an ongoing project, but we'll get there! Don't worry - we'll have lots of opportunities to make sure we're set up for success as long as the external factors all cooperate.

It goes without saying, if you are only receiving digital items (PDFs), we won't need to confirm a shipping address. In fact, the survey shouldn't ask you for one.
Similarly, if you haven't purchased any Add Ons in BackerKit or pre-ordered any items, or need to correct payment information that didn't work in Kickstarter, you won't have any amount owing and won't need to include any payment information.

ONYX PATH CROWDFUNDING IN 2021
Another challenging year. While there were some moments of taking two steps forward and one step back, at least there was some forward momentum. Onyx Path spent the previous year restructuring and adapting their processes to better function during the pandemic, but still external issues presented (and continue to present) challenges. Paper shortages, manufacturing difficulties, shipping and storage problems. The new normal.
Despite all of that, Onyx Path was able to get some products out, at least digitally, during the year.
While the massive paper shortage and manufacturing issues kept many of these from seeing print in 2021, they're all currently scheduled to attain physical form in early 2022. Here's hoping the process keeps moving forward and we can finally ship these rewards. Even with that caveat, that's still a pretty impressive list of stuff that's out and available to play.

It's been just over a month since our last update, so time for our regular check in. Nothing as exciting as our reward distribution from last month, but there are neat Black Friday sales going on. One in particular may be of interest to those playing within the World of Darkness:

As we finish up November, we're hopefully getting nearer to a finish line - or some kind of demarcation between "difficult" and "manageable." The effects of the pandemic have been felt across all aspects of our life and these projects are no exception. Internally at Onyx Path, it's clear that there have been some logjams and hurdles as schedules were adjusted and workloads shifted. But there's also been an impact in all of the other external areas - fulfillment, manufacturing, etc. - that are hopefully resolving themselves soon. In early 2022, Onyx Path will have a slot at their printer to get several books completed and hopefully get caught up on their release schedule. There are a couple books that have been waiting at the printer for more than 9 months, so it'll be great to get things moving again.
With next month's update, I anticipate beginning our lockdown schedule, where we confirm rewards, collect any outstanding payments from BackerKit purchases, and confirm shipping information. We're still some time from that, and I don't want to get too far ahead of myself, but it's not a bad idea to maybe take a look at your BackerKit page and ensure it's all in order for when things get real.

This is the first version of Technocracy ReloadedJumpstart to be released. We've sent you these initial Backer PDFs for three reasons:
1) Who wants to wait?! These projects can take a long time to turn into final releases - you know that - and the Onyx Path team wants to get them into your hands as quickly as possible!
2) To thank you for your support! This project, literally, is a direct result of your support during the Kickstarter campaign. You deserve to see it before anyone else!
3) To make the final version the best it can be! The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.

Harano is the state in which a werewolf finds themselves, when they succumb to despair.
