A big month end update for April 2021!
Get ready... because the Technocracy is incoming!
We're cleared for launch!
Over the past year, dealing with the pandemic and the scheduling and logistical hurdles has proven to be an ongoing multi-part challenge, and getting books printed and shipped on time has been difficult. That's mostly to external factors in dealing with manufacturing and distribution changes.
However, in terms of the digital side, Onyx Path has done an amazing job getting PDFs out before the estimated delivery date listed on the kickstarter campaigns. And, I'm very happy to say, that streak has continued with this project!
The TechnocracyReloaded kickstarter campaign had set the projected PDF distribution date as November 2021. But the Technocracy decides what the actual timelines are, and I'm happy to announce that we've got your backer PDFs ready to go several months early!
M20 Technocracy Reloaded Backer PDF
Technocracy Reloaded peels back the curtain and examines the role of the Technocracy in Mage 20th Anniversary Edition. The various Future Fates presented in Mage 20 are examined and this book introduces a few of its own. This book provides a detailed look at life within the Technocracy, expanded information on the Conventions, a wealth of equipment, Adjustments, and Procedures, a breakdown of various shadow conspiracies and factions within the Technocratic Union, and tips for running your own Technocracy Chronicle.
Of course, I'm listing all of that knowing that you're already familiar with book! It's never not fun to have a summary, though! And, it's a good moment to catch our breath as we head into reward distribution info!
REWARD DISTRIBUTION
Your link to claim your Technocracy Reloaded Backer PDF will be sent out by our BackerKit pledge manager over the next day. Since we are using our partners at DriveThruRPG as the host for this, you will need to set up a DriveThru account if you don't have one already. BACKER PDF VERSION
This is the first version of Technocracy Reloaded to be released. We've sent you these initial Backer PDFs for three reasons:
1) Who wants to wait?! These projects can take a long time to turn into final releases - you know that - and the Onyx Path team wants to get them into your hands as quickly as possible!
2) To thank you for your support! This project, literally, is a direct result of your support during the Kickstarter campaign. You deserve to see it before anyone else!
3) To make the final version the best it can be! The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the Technocracy ReloadedFeedback Form!
Generally, they try to keep errata collection open for the next 2 weeks, although it may be accessible a little bit longer due to the chaotic nature of the world we're in now. Still, please report what you can as soon as possible to make sure we're getting everything covered.
They won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), we will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice from DrivethruRPG that you can re-download your file with the latest version.
You've already made the book a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.

The great engines of the Empire are all-consuming beasts, heedless of anything but their own hunger — for riches, for lives, for land. Everything falls before their advance. Nations are ground to dust. Histories torn apart and set aflame. Treasures seized and their secrets plundered.
We will chain the world and all its magickal wonders.
Who will stop us?
Victorian Mage provides advice and material for running your Mage: The Ascension 20th Anniversary Edition chronicles amid the tumult of the Victorian era, as the Order of Reason rises to power and the Traditions falter.
Within this book you will also find a details of the state of the great magickal powers in this era: the Order of Reason, preparing for their metamorphosis into the Technocratic Union and riding upon the great beast of Empire; the Council of Nine, now merely eight, caught in infighting and looking for a new peer; and the Crafts, the manifold practices of magick across the world, who fight to save their peoples from conquest and exploitation.
In addition, Victorian Mage includes an examination of life as a magus in the stratified society of Imperial Britain and the wider empire; rules reflecting the difference in how magick works during this age, when the Consensus of the Technocracy has yet to enfold the globe; and a gazetteer of the Victorian world, touching on cultures and conflicts across the globe as empires struggle for dominance and the masses struggle simply to survive.
